PERFORMANCE GUARANTEED

Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, Nu-Calgon offers a Limited Supplemental Warranty covering the compressor of any air conditioning unit in which A/C Re-New is professionally installed by an authorized, licensed contractor.

1. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace the original manufacturer’s warranty. Before the coverage is applied, repairs under the original manufacture’s warranty must be pursued.


2. This warranty is restricted to damage to the compressor solely resulting from the use of A/C Re-New. Any damage to the compressor not attributable to A/C Re-New or any damage to any component other than the compressor is not covered.


3. The warranty only covers the compressor of the air conditioning unit. The manufactured brand of replacement compressor or system is solely at the discretion of Nu-Calgon


4. The warranty does not cover compressor failure due to previous damage, neglect, abuse or improper maintenance or any acts of God. Under no circumstances is Nu-Calgon liable for consequential, exemplary or special damages including, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment.


5. Nu-Calgon’s liability is limited to the cost of a replacement compressor. By using this warranty, the purchaser waives any and all other rights or available remedies


6. Enactment:
   a. If unit is currently covered by the original manufacturers warranty, the Nu-Calgon warranty will extend to the end of the original manufacturer’s warranty period.
   b. If the unit is not currently covered by the original manufacturers warranty and is within seven years of age from the date of original installation, the Nu-Calgon warranty will extend one (1) year from the date of installation of Zerol Ice.
   c. If the unit is more than seven years old from the date of original installation, the Nu-Calgon warranty will extend for a period of ninety days from the date of installation of A/C Re-New.


7. The warranties set forth above are expressly in lieu of all other expressed warranties and of all other obligations or liabilities on Nu-Calgon’s part. Nu-Calgon neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for the manufacturer, another liability in connection with the sale of A/C Re-New. The warranties as described herein are the exclusive remedies for breach. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this document.
8. If any part of the warranties described above are void or unenforceable in any State of the United States, the remaining portions will nonetheless continue in full force and effect.


9. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. These warranties give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state
